Sri J Ranganathan, the founder, is a strong believer of culture and traditions, and service to humanity. He has been actively involved in Lions Club, TAMBRAS and various social projects in and around Thiruvottiyur. He played a prominent role in bringing Vivekananda Vidyalaya to Thiruvottiyur. Understanding the demand for such schools, in memory of his father, he established Sri Sankara Vidya Kendra under the aegis of Puthamangalam Sri R. Jagadeesa Iyer Memorial Trust.

Sri S K Sridharan’s knowledge and extensive experience in the field of education serves as a persistent guiding spirit of Sankara School. He has been the predominant force behind the inception of Vivekananda Vidyalaya. Without him, Tiruvotriyur would not have witnessed such huge strides in the field of education. He single-handedly established various Vivekananda Vidyalaya schools across Chennai and its suburbs.

Sri R Hariharan manages the school along with his father Sri J Ranganathan. Formerly, he was associated with various multinational companies. He has procured extensive experience and advanced management skills which is indispensable for the continuous growth of the school.

Mrs. Malarvizhi .,Msc. B.Ed, MPhil PGDCA Is a renowned academician. She has been the Longest serving principal in North Chennai. During her tenure She has acted as a biggest pivot in shaping careers for numerous students. She has Proven academic excellence and scholastic abilities.
